My name is Chris Wilkins, and welcome to my online portfolio. This web site was created to showcase my work since my graduation from Durham College and to serve as a business front for my freelance work.

My primary skills and services come from my successful completion of the Multimedia Design program at Durham College in June 2001. During my studies, I became familiar with the multiple techniques used in creating digital content including HTML and e-commerce web sites, CD-ROM's, video editing, and 3D animation.

Prior to the Multimedia program, I took several classes in Graphic Design and completed the requirements for the Macintosh Graphic Design Certificate at Durham College. My studies ranged from layout & design, typography, advertising, editorial, packaging and prepress production.

Today, I continue to improve in my knowledge of the multimedia world. I recently took up the study of computer programming using Microsoft® Visual Basic®.NET programming language and a course in Autodesk® 3ds Max®, one of the leading CGI animation packages used by today's top multimedia, gaming and film professionals.

Through a series of personal projects, I discovered how to assemble a DVD-Video disc using Adobe® Encore® DVD creation software. By combining Encore® with Photoshop®, I also became skilled at designing unique and stylish menus.
